Greg was on top of things throughout the process. He did his research on the area, he knew the market trends, and he showed strong communication and negotiation skills. Greg was considerate of everyone and took the time to honor some extra requests that helped make it a good experience.
Greg got me an offer 20K above asking price in less than a week. His timing of the listing, staging, set up, marketing and follow through was always on point to get the job done. He didn't make me spend much to clean up the house for listing and worked on my tight budget.
We had a misunderstanding moving out of the house which was the only reason he didn't get a 100% perfect score.
