Greg was a great agent to work with during this crazy period of home buying. He came recommended from another friend and I’m glad we took their advise.
Greg had great insight into the housing market in the areas we were looking and since it was pretty specific he was really patient when we waffled and started looking in other locations.
After being out bid several times on homes, Greg encouraged us to stick with what we wanted and in the end we found the home we were looking for.
The final negotiations were a bit challenging and Greg was instrumental in getting us the price, repairs and move in date that we wanted.

Working with Greg on our sale was smooth from start to finish. He did a great job of positioning our house for sale and understands exactly how and where to make the appropriate investments (paint this, stage it, focus on this, etc.) that help achieve a great result. His network of support contacts were all high quality and got their jobs done on time/on budget. Greg’s experience shows through his ability to drive a desired outcome on both sides of the deal. It’s almost like buying and selling become a shared objective vs. a negotiation. I would highly recommend working with Greg if you’re considering it.
