Working with Greg on our sale was smooth from start to finish. He did a great job of positioning our house for sale and understands exactly how and where to make the appropriate investments (paint this, stage it, focus on this, etc.) that help achieve a great result. His network of support contacts were all high quality and got their jobs done on time/on budget. Greg’s experience shows through his ability to drive a desired outcome on both sides of the deal. My wife and I owned a rental property in Portland Oregon for over 7 years. We recently decided to sell it and contacted Greg. We could not have managed this on our own as we live on the East Coast. Greg was extremely helpful in getting the house ready for sale. He coordinated all the services we needed to get the house looking great. I would highly recommend Greg.
