Greg has worked with me for the last four years in both buying and selling my very first house.
While I was in the market to buy, he was vigilant in finding houses within my price range in the area quickly or even earlier than they were listed on Zillow or other sites. When I had an offer accepted and it turned out to be a challenging close with that seller, Greg negotiated hard to make the process as smooth and as affordable as possible.
While selling, he was also extremely helpful in directing me to best get my place ready for market, and helping to get it listed at exactly the right time. He also helped to secure an offer higher than I ever thought possible with my house.

Greg was super helpful in navigating the sale of our Portland home and the purchase of a Lake Oswego home, both on a tricky timeline. The marketing materials and the staging advice for our Portland home helped us get far over our asking price, while he also was instrumental in assisting our understanding of the intricacies of the various Lake Oswego neighborhoods and values. We wound with great buyers for our Portland home and a fantastic new home in LO.
